Warranty registration
Thank you for choosing a product from the Storage Options range.
In the unlikely event that you should experience any problems with your purchase, you are covered by our standard warranty terms and condition for a set period of time from the date of purchase,* as detailed below.
Once reported, our UK based Customer Service and Returns team will deal with your case personally. If we are unable to resolve your problem remotely an RMA number will be issued. The product will either be repaired on a return to base procedure or a like-for-like replacement will be issued when repair is not possible.**
Please note, the Warranty applies only to products sold or distributed within the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland by Storage Options and its authorised distributors or retail outlets.
This warranty policy does not cover: defects of damage resulting from the misuse of this product; abnormal use or conditions; improper storage, exposure to moisture dampness or an environment where corrosion may occur; unauthorised modification, hardware or software alteration or repair in unauthorised service centres; neglect, rough handling, abuse, food or liquid spillage or accidental damage; incorrect voltage through non certified power supplies; force majeure.
In all cases the warranty policy supplied with Storage Options products is honoured at the sole discretion of Storage Options. If any invalidating conditions are found in returned goods the warranty agreement will be deemed void and products will be returned to the customer.

*For the purposes of validating the date of purchase a full proof is required. Warranty applies for a set period of time from proven date of purchase, regardless of any repairs or replacement products issued.
**The repair and replacement service is offered solely at the discretion of Storage Options and is dependent on inspection and evaluation and the condition of the returned goods.
